Refine Media LLC provides custom creative and digital services. Because custom work involves planning, design time, communication, research and production, refund eligibility depends on the project status, agreement and work already completed.
Custom Creative Work
Payments for completed work, approved milestones, delivered drafts, strategy time, design concepts, development time or production work may not be refundable. If a project is cancelled before meaningful work begins, refund options may be reviewed case by case.
Milestones and Platforms
For work handled through platforms such as Upwork or other marketplaces, the platform contract, milestone rules, dispute process and payment terms may control the refund process.
Revisions
Revision rounds are normally limited to the agreed scope. Additional revisions, new directions, new deliverables, copy changes, platform changes or assets provided late may require additional time or cost.
Non-Refundable Items
- Work already completed or delivered.
- Approved concepts, drafts, layouts, design files or development work.
- Third-party costs, platform fees, stock assets, fonts, plugins, hosting, printing or other vendor expenses.
- Rush fees or time reserved for urgent delivery when work has started.
Project Issues
If there is a concern with a deliverable, please contact us promptly with clear notes. We will review the issue and determine whether it can be resolved through revisions, replacement files or another reasonable remedy within the agreed scope.
